Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Batcho account, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of an academy or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The service

Batcho provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing students, batches, schedules, attendance, performance, certificates and fees. The service is offered on three plans: Starter (free), Growth, and Pro.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in INR (India), SGD (Singapore) or GBP (United Kingdom) depending on your selected market.
• Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and downgrades you to the Starter plan.
• Student fees collected through Razorpay or Stripe are subject to those providers' processing fees. Batcho does not deduct any commission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Batcho to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam.
• Process payments for illegal activities or goods.
• Misrepresent your identity, your academy, or your fees.
• Attempt to access another tenant's data or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Data and content

You retain all rights to the data you upload (student records, logos, branding). You grant Batcho a limited licence to host and process this data solely to provide the service.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by emailing hello@batcho.co.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Batcho's liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for Indian customers, Singapore for Singapore customers, and England & Wales for UK customers, with exclusive jurisdiction in those respective courts.
